I read about a book per week, and I loved the concept of reading my books from this very light and convenient tool. Then I realized something. I have to get up out of my cozy chair and go to my computer if I want to read news, or my blogs. So, there goes all of the convenience factor.

You've got a new Kindle, nook or Sony Reader. You're already sitting down in your reading spot. You should be able to read more than just the books you paid for.

It also occurred to me that there are millions of people commuting to and from work on buses, trains and subways who are sitting with their readers and becoming further and further behind on what's going on today.

So, I set out to solve that problem - and created eBlogBook.com. My hope is to also offer news that you can download as you dash out of the office for your trip home. But, I will need the cooperation of the news bureaus to do that.
